How much does Haven Family cost?
$19.95 a month or $199 a year for up to 12 people, with a 30 day free trial on your first plan. See Haven Family billing.
Do I need a card to start Haven Business?
Yes. An organization you create yourself pays by card at checkout, with no free trial. See Haven Business billing.
Who can manage billing?
On Haven Family, only the owner. On Haven Business, owners and admins.
What happens if I cancel or my plan lapses?
A cancelled Haven Family plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and nobody is removed from your family when it ends. On Haven Business, the console locks until the licence is renewed, but Billing stays open.
