Haven maintains a curated list of verified banking and financial institution websites. When you visit one of these sites, Haven recognizes it and activates Shield mode. This list is regularly updated to include new institutions and protect against phishing sites that try to impersonate banks.
When you're on a non-banking tab while Shield mode is active, you'll see a blue banner letting you know that Haven is protecting a banking session in another tab. This banner reminds you that extensions are temporarily disabled and tells you how to restore normal browsing (by closing your banking tabs).
