1. About the Service

Haven is offered as a product of MirrorTab Corp and provides secure browsing and online safety tools.

The Service may not always work as expected and features may change without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security, or freedom from bugs.

We reserve the right to suspend or modify part or all of the Service temporarily or permanently without liability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you are using the Flock integration, you agree to get all required consents needed from any parties whose phone numbers or other information are used as part of the integration.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@starthaven.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or modify the Service.
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

You understand that data loss, downtime, or errors may occur.

6. Fees and Payments

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future for some or all parts of the Service.

If fees are introduced, we will provide notice in advance and give you the option to continue or discontinue use of the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including trademarks, logos, and code, belong to MirrorTab Corp or its licensors.

Using the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MirrorTab if you misuse the Service or otherwise violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirrorTab Corp, including its Haven product, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed $1.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Corporate Entity

The Service is provided by MirrorTab Corp, a Delaware corporation with principal offices in California, United States.

StartHaven and Haven is a brand and product offering of MirrorTab Corp. All legal obligations, rights, and liabilities under these Terms are held solely by MirrorTab Corp.

Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be made exclusively against MirrorTab Corp.
