In a Haven Business organization every member uses a seat, owners and admins included, and an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
A Haven Business organization can grow to 1,000 seats on its own; Haven raises the limit on request.
Who manages billing
On Haven Business, owners and admins can open Billing. Members cannot, and neither can an IT provider that manages the organization.
Organizations billed by card
For an organization billed by card through Stripe, inviting someone when every seat is taken adds a seat charged for the rest of the current billing period. Removing someone frees their seat but does not lower the seat count.
If your licence lapses
If a Haven Business licence lapses, every organization page except Billing is hidden until it is renewed, but your policy keeps applying on every member's browser.
- Billed by card: open Billing to renew or fix the card.
