I'm an owner or admin but can't see the Haven console
Short answer
The organization pages need an owner or admin role, an organization account, and an active subscription. A lapsed subscription is the most common cause. Billing stays in the menu so you can renew, and your team's protection keeps running.
What has to be true
The organization pages appear only when you hold an owner or admin role, your account is an organization account rather than a personal one, and your subscription is active.
Check, in order
- Subscription. If a Haven Business licence lapses, every organization page except Billing is hidden until it is renewed, but your policy keeps applying on every member's browser. Renew from Billing, or contact Haven if you aren't billed by card.
- Account. Are you signed in with the address your Haven contact set up? A personal account won't show organization pages.
- Role. Ask an owner to confirm you are an owner or admin.
- Organization. If you belong to more than one, check the switcher at the top of the menu.
On a Haven Family plan
When a Haven Family plan ends, nobody is removed and the family's protection settings keep applying. The family pages are locked until the owner renews.
