What counts as individual use
Individual use means you, on the devices you own, plus the people in your household. Deploying Haven to colleagues or to a client's staff is Haven Business or Haven Managed.
For teams and MSPs
Haven Business is a paid plan, priced per user, with a free trial. Haven Managed is quoted, with partner pricing built to leave MSP margin.
Haven Family
Haven Family is a paid plan that belongs to the family's owner, the person who set it up. Only the owner can see or change billing; admins do not see Billing and do not get billing emails. The Haven Family billing guide covers the trial, the emails and cancelling.
What we don't know yet
- Several pages say a whole household is covered free, while the Help Center sells a paid Haven Family plan, and no page explains how the two relate. This entry should say so plainly once that is settled.
